Dr. Meftune Shefketova earned her specialty „Obstetrics and Gynecology", and later also Medically Assisted Reproduction through 2009 in Sofia. She took her first steps in assisted reproduction at the "Dr. Georgi Stamenov" clinic, after which she continued to work with his team at Nadezhda Women's Health Hospital.
From 2018 г. heads the Center for Assisted Reproduction at Acibadem City Clinic, Tokuda University Hospital – one of the leading reproductive medicine clinics in Bulgaria. Over the years, she has helped hundreds of couples to make their dream of parenthood come true.
He is a co-author of the first of its kind „A Practical Guide to Assisted Reproduction in Bulgaria" – a work that is now used by specialists throughout the country. She is a member of Bulgarian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology and on ESHRE, and actively participates in international conferences.
Provides consultations in Bulgarian, English and Turkish , which opens doors for patients from Turkey, the Middle East, and the Bulgarian diaspora.
